Great care has been taken to ensure true accuracy of all product colours and styles are shown on our website. However, occasionally we are supplied incorrect images, descriptions and/or samples that may vary from the final product delivered to us. We will refund any orders where the product does not match our website.

Please be aware that this is only possible if you signed up online. In all other cases or if you have any questions related to your sales receipts, you can reach out to our billing team directly through admin@da-depot.com.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from da-depot, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Some items ship with an attached security tag, and merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund

Items purchased online from DA-Depot.com ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased online from Da-Depot.com.
